1. Sign a service level agreement (SLA) with SaaS provider and write all the possible things you expect from your them during the term of contract and after the contract. Like sometimes companies are worried about the data stored with SaaS Provider, do they will get back it, write clearly about this term in SLA.
2. Read all the Terms and Conditions provided by vendor and clarify immediately before signing the contract.
3. Get clarified on pricing details througly to avoid later surprises, sometimes SaaS providers add service charges or
other expenses. So get it clarified before you get onaboard.
4. Don’t take anything verbally, make sure every service committed is on paper or SLA so that you can challenge legally if
soltion is not be provided in future as per the expected.
